Shipping and Returns Policy

 Welcome to our website and many thanks for visiting mmcroasters.com.au

In this section we cover our shipping and returns policy. In short, most deliveries for retail orders ship via AusPost, and typically take 2-3 days after receipt of order. If you have concerns about a delivery taking too long, please contact one of our friendly staff via 1300 869 968 or email onlinestore@mmcroasters.com.au

Shipping

International Deliveries: We do not currently offer international shipping.
Local and interstate: it is our intention that all items ordered within Australia will deliver within 7 business days unless notified otherwise. Most orders are despatched same day, or next day. We aim to provide you with the freshest coffee possible. The roast date on the packaging will be within two weeks prior to the despatch date. Please note the coffee takes a min of four days to “de-gas” before becoming optimal for consumption.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping pricing is dependant upon the weight of the goods being purchased. The minimum freight charge is currently $5 Australia wide up to one kilo (1kg). For each kilo thereafter, the price increases proportionately. The shipping price will appear once valid address details have been entered by the customer whilst transacting. From time to time we offer free shipping for our customers.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

The following Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy applies only to orders delivered within Australia. Should there be any dissatisfaction with any product purchased via the mmcroasters.com.au website, please contact onlinestore@mmcroasters.com.au and we will be happy to organise an exchange or refund for you. We offer a full refund including shipping costs, for any goods with major faults/defects.

Refund & Exchange Conditions

All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase. MMC Roasters does not allow any returns on coffee purchased unless there is a quality issue with the coffee. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs. All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes. Returned product postage will be at the discretion of MMC Roasters.

Repairs & Warranty claims

Most items are covered by manufacturer’s warranty so if a product is faulty please contact us immediately so as to authorise a repair or replacement.

Delivery of Goods

Our orders are delivered via the most efficient carriers for your region. Our major delivery partners include Australia Post and TNT. Whilst we make every effort to track these items with our delivery partners, MMC Roasters accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

GST

Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services or purchase of any product provided by MMC Roasters are GST inclusive. MMC Roasters will issue a tax invoice for all purchases. GST means the Australian Goods and Services Tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the “Act”). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.

Errors and Omissions

MMC Roasters strives to maintain the highest degree of accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices. We do, however, reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment, if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.

Privacy Policy

MMC Roasters will only use the details we collect for the purpose in which they were submitted. These details are for our own use only and under no circumstances will be supplied to any other institution or person for any purpose.

Pricing

All prices are in Australia dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Method of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. All transactions are processed securely via a secure payment gateway provider (eWay) using encryption.

Cancellation Policy

Once orders are processed we fulfill them straight away so orders cannot be cancelled.

Subscriptions Policy

Payments for your selected subscription are billed in accordance with the frequency of your subscription. Subscriptions can be amended at any time by logging into your account via our website.

Barista Training

Barista Training packages cannot be cancelled or amended once training has commenced.  Unless otherwise stated, training packages must be completed within 3 months of purchase. Classes cannot be amended within 48 hours of the class start time.
